OTTUMWA, Iowa (Ottumwa Courier) -Congratulations is in order for the first baby of 2024 in Ottumwa. Talova was born at 1:48 a.m. on New Year’s Day, weighing at 8 pounds, 11 ounces, and measured 21 inches at birth.
Talova’s mother, Vivian Rosokow said “We are so thrilled to welcome our newest family member and proud to have her join the Chuukese Community in Ottumwa, …. I want to thank the nurses and doctors that helped me during my labor.”
